What Is Wine Tasting?

Some may wonder what is so great about tasting wine and what exactly should you do. Most people new to drinking wine always hear about wine tasting. Your basic knowledge tell you that you need to put your nose deep down into the wine glass and smell the wine by taking a deep breath, thereafter you sip the wine slowly. Is this all you do when you taste wine? When you attend a wine tasting party, meeting all the wine enthusiasts, you can observe what they do.
